• Practical and simple frameworks and processes for working with Whole Person Process Facilitation in the organization
• Working knowledge of basic multi-purpose tools: the Medicine Wheel Tool©, the Deep Essence Tool©, the Grief Cycle, the Organizational Lifecycle, the Storyline
• A peer to peer mentoring circle for ongoing learning
