Through experiential workshops, held as both "in-house" and public trainings in locations throughout the world, we facilitate the skill, competency and capacity development of leaders, HR and OD specialists, consultants, mentors, facilitators, and anyone who cares about a healthier future for organizations.

The focus of the workshop series is to achieve and sustain organizational health and balance as a way to achieve optimal effectiveness for the organization and for its people, with many tangible and intangible benefits.

There are nine workshops in the Genuine Contact™ series. Several can be taken in any order, and they also provide great benefit taken as singular workshops. These workshops include foundational workshops in our Organizational Health and Balance series, more advanced skill and capacity development through the Genuine Contact™ program, and a certification level workshop for those who have completed the Genuine Contact™ program and want to be certified to lead the workshops for others.
