Strategy 1:Use of simple frameworks and processes to assist organizations and leaders identify their purpose, values, and beliefs, and what has heart and meaning for them. We assist organizations and leaders to develop structure, form, and processes that are in alignment with their deeper nature to achieve success, wealth, prosperity, and abundance. Greater awareness and higher consciousness is achieved for the individual and for the collective of people involved in the organization. Greater awareness and higher consciousness are then used as resources for achieving further wealth, prosperity, and abundance through daily attention to health and balance.
Strategy 2: Use of simple and easy to understand methods to assist organizations to achieve optimum health and balance. The strategy involves cleansing the toxins, nourishing, and balancing. The state of optimal health and balance supports growth, evolution, and positive change. Achieving and sustaining health and balance requires attention to the overall “terrain” or operating system of the organization, ensuring that it is life nurturing rather than life depleting.
Strategy 3: Use of highly effective participative meetings that enable the organization to draw upon the wisdom and experience already present in individuals and the collective of people involved. We have found that the best results are obtained when meetings are used as the catalyst to regenerate a healthy and balanced organization. It requires that meetings enable maximum participation by the people involved, using processes that work with the whole person – the whole person is multi-dimensional; consisting of spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional aspects. Meeting processes must engage the spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional aspects. Resistance to change is decreased using this approach. Conflict is also decreased.
Strategy 4: Fostering of skill, competency, and capacity building within leaders and within the organization. We teach simple to use frameworks and skills for the leaders and the organization to use to understand and work with their transition and future positive growth. We teach skills to facilitate meetings differently and to continue using meetings as a catalyst to foster positive change and growth.
Strategy 5: Mentoring for leaders to guide their organization for sustained success. In our work together, skills and capacity have been increased within the organization to achieve and then sustain a healthy and balanced organization that is able to consistently choose prosperous, positive, and abundant change. Positive and effective change must be directed from within the organization to be life nurturing for the organization and the people involved to ensure tangible results. The inherent wisdom is within the organization about its own nature, life force, health and the future and the results it wants to create. Our strategy acknowledges that leadership and participants in an organization know best which future outcome is right for them. Our philosophy and methods support internal direction rather than external direction to bring about change.
