When working with the Genuine Contact™ Program to facilitate meetings, we follow an established procedure which includes preparation meetings, facilitation of a conference or main meeting and a debrief meeting. We use Whole Person Process Facilitation as the participative and creative method for the preparation and debrief meetings and either Open Space Technology or Whole Person Process Facilitation for facilitating the conference or main meeting. Other meeting methodologies may also be used, with the methodology being selected that will best suit the purpose of the meeting. The meeting methodologies used in the pre- and post meeting ensure that as much information as possible is gathered so the sponsor can make informed decisions about the conference and/or meeting results. We can also use the web-based program OpenSpace-Online® to facilitate meetings in which the participants cannot all gather in one place.

Upon completion of the conference and/or meeting, we can provide our clients with an evaluation, based upon participant feedback upon request.

When working with our clients in long-term relationships, we have periodic meetings with them to ensure that our work together is still within the scope of our agreement, and can adjust this agreement to meet the changing needs of the organization.

We assure the quality of our work by continuous internal evaluation as well as development meetings within our professional network.

Delivery Capacity & Development of Professional Networks

The Genuine Contact™ Professionals work actively to develop and expand our network of partners. Through mentoring relationships with these partners and program updates through a monthly e-zine we are continuously developing our core competencies both on an individual basis and as a group. By working with this large network of partners, we can guarantee that our commitments will be fulfilled throughout the world.

Competence Development

On-going competence development is done by:

• Daily participation in national and international exchange of experience through internet.
• Regular skill building meetings with colleagues.
• Participation in different learning and mentoring networks.
• Participation in trainings in our local regions and internationally.
• Participation in annual national and international meetings for experience exchange.
