enough to enable the satisfactory achievement of our client goals.
They create the conditions for the organization to benefit from
the individual and collective wisdom of its people and demonstrate
that when collective wisdom is harnessed, 'the whole is noticeably
greater than the sum of the parts'.
Our aim is
to assist our clients in achieving their goals by creating meetings
that tap into the individual and collective genius of the participants,
accessing both intuitive and intellectual knowledge. Our belief
and experience is that the wisdom to find the solutions that are
needed is always present in the group. We facilitate successful,
highly participative meetings that range in size from a few to
hundreds of people, and vary in length from a few hours to several
days. We use Open Space Technology (the most open of the participative
methodologies), Whole Person Process Facilitation (an open but
more guided approach), and Cross Cultural Conflict Resolution
(when situations of conflict need to be resolved before the organization
can move forward).
