Profile: Matthias zur Bonsen is co-founder of the consulting group
all-in-one-spirit based in a small town very close to Frankfurt
in Germany. all-in-one-spirit specializes in supporting organizations
to make maximum use of their human resources, create workplaces
which allow optimum performance and focus all energies on
a common vision.
In Germany
Matthias zur Bonsen and all-in-one-spirit have become well
known for being pioneers in the field of large group interventions.
From 1994 on he brought the methods of Open Space Technology,
Future Search, Real Time Strategic Change, Appreciative Inquiry
and World Café to Germany. He has extensive experience
in applying these methods. In those years he wrote 3 books
about his work.
From
2001 on Matthias and his colleagues from all-in-one-spirit
learned from Birgitt Williams and hosted her workshops in
Germany. Now he integrates his previous work and what he learned
from Birgitt.
Matthias
studied Business Administration in St. Gallen (Switzerland)
and at the Business School of the University of Chicago. He
worked for 8 years in three consulting firms until he became
self-employed in 1992.
Matthias
is married and father of three children.
