Profile: Nancy has over 25 years of experience and expertise, encompassing 18 years as an Information Technology professional. Her background in both private and public sectors includes the health insurance, investment banking, legal, financial, economic development and natural resources industries. As a consultant, Nancy has worked throughout North America, including New York, Vancouver and Halifax. She has lived across Canada from Nova Scotia to British Columbia, including two years in an isolated northern community in Quebec.

Nancy’s breadth of experience in working on diverse projects and in different environments has led her to a practical knowledge of what works in an organization which requires many individuals to work together to achieve a common goal. Her knowledge of corporate culture, structure and philosophy of various organizations and businesses has led to a deep appreciation of the potential of people working together. Nancy has a natural love and curiosity about people and life. She applies her considerable professional experience as she works to assist organizations to reach their full potential by creating a healthy, sustainable and fulfilling work environment.

As a member of the Leadership Management Team of the Genuine Contact Co-Owners organization since 2006, she has been actively working with the Genuine ContactTM program in an online environment as it continues to grow throughout the world.  With Certificates in Business Computer Programming and Adult Education, she has completed the Genuine Contact™ series and is a qualified trainer in these facilitation methods.

Nancy currently resides in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Her passions include musical theatre, singing, reading, hiking and nature.
