Profile: I’ve been engaged in change oriented work and organization development in the industrial sector, gross sales organisations and high-tech oriented organizations. I have worked as a Human Resource Director for more than 15 years and as a consultant since year 2000. I also work in cooperation with a well-established Swedish Management institute (Mgruppen). With my wide spread experience from the above mentions areas I am well equipped being a partner in more or less all business and people oriented issues.

My educational background is a degree of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations, Personnel Management and an Executive MBA from the university in Gothenburg.

Today I work with organizational and personal development. The way I do this is through active participation among the people concerned. Working with OST and the elements within the Genuine Contact Program are both successful ingredients in this work. My belief is that people who are subjects of change – or participating in change activities – need to understand their own role in the change process, and how their own attitude and experiences contribute to the change process itself. One of the critical factors in change work is the self-insight of the management and the leadership concerned. My role in these processes is to enable a widened insight and acceptance for change on all levels in the organisation.

To me this means that I am contributing so that the individuals understand their needs and driving forces – personal and professional. Through the understanding the energy is relieved within the individual and (s)he can take a more active responsibility for her own development as well as the company's. The leadership in the companies is central in this perspective, as formal leadership in itself means decision taking which affect many people. The level of insight in the manager is one of the critical parameters witch enables the degree of development in the organization.

In my leisure time I keep my balance in life through my family and I gain my energy from nature where both the sea and forest has its place.
