Profile: I am an independent facilitator and consultant specialising in providing leading edge processes and training, to assist individuals and organisations, to sustain optimal performance.

The processes I prefer to use are Open Space Technology and Whole Person Process Facilitation, as they are most effective in assisting clients to get to the heart of the matter quickly, and then move forward, to create workable, sustainable solutions. At the same time skill and capacity for working with change is developed throughout the organisation.

My experience includes ten years facilitating and coaching in organisations and leading modules of the Genuine Contact tm Program and the Diploma of Facilitation (Zenergy), eleven years teaching, events organiser for four art and cultural events, four years experience working in Solomon Islands and Zimbabwe on education, health and art projects.
