Emily Page is President of E. A. Page Consulting LLC. Emily
is passionate about helping people learn and grow through
change and transition in order to reach their extraordinary
potential. She is committed to developing leaders at all levels
of organizations and to cultivating learning organizations
that respect and support the growth and development process.
Among her strengths is Emily’s rare combination of strong
business acumen and organization development expertise. Her
internal corporate experience spans 17 years and several industries.
She has worked in large corporate as well as entrepreneurial
environments.
In 1996, Emily founded E. A. Page Consulting LLC, a consulting
and coaching firm specializing in organization development, leadership
development, change management and training. Since that beginning,
she has worked with clients from variety of sectors including
corporate, healthcare, non-profit, government and education.
Emily believes in building partnerships with her clients.
She focuses on the unique needs and situations of each of
her clients, so solutions are always targeted, realistic for
her clients’ environments and sustainable. Emily coaches
her clients to solutions that have business and/or operational
impact and that catalyze the required changes in individual
behavior and organizational culture to maintain results.
As a coach, Emily works with individuals who are committed to
personal growth. Emily has coached over a hundred executives, directors
and managers as they developed the leadership skills required
to guide their organizations to their desired goals. She has
also coached numerous individuals seeking to make significant
life changes. Her clients comment on her authenticity, her
ability to be neutral and create a safe space for learning
and the way she encourages people to stand up for themselves
and experience joy. Emily helps her clients recognize and
accept their power, not only to change their own lives, but
also to influence the world around them. Her clients learn
greater self-awareness, how they impact others, how to express
their unique contributions in the world and how to create
passion, enthusiasm, empowerment and fun in everything they
do. Emily has also developed and leads a coaching training
workshop titled “Manager as Coach” which is designed
to teach leaders effective coaching skills.
