Profile: I am the owner of the all dimensions GmbH, based in Hunenberg (Switzerland) with an office in Berlin (Germany), a consulting company, which works on the base of a holistic approach and accompanies leaders and their organizations as they unfold their capacity. I live in Zurich (Switzerland) and Berlin, and work for companies and organizations in both countries.
My 15 years of experience as a manager including as a member of the executive board of a large publishing company in Switzerland – are an important source for my work with women and men in leadership positions.

A big interest of mine is to encourage young women to take on leadership responsibility and play an active role in our economy. That´s the reason I have been committed for years in volunteering for the international organization Business and Professional Women and have served as a member of the Board in Switzerland and in Germany.

In 2002 I learned the Genuine Contact tm program to add to my knowledge base. The Genuine Contact tm way with its approach as well as the teachings of the founders Birgitt Williams and Ward Williams had a huge impact of my work since that time.
I am especially fascinated how the attitude behind working with this program makes an immediate genuine contact with oneself, the others around and with the topic that matters possible. I am fascinated about the clarity and simplicity of the tools which allow for working very effectively.

I was co-sponsor of the first and second Genuine Contact Summer Academy in 2006 and 2007 at Reiter Alm close to Salzburg. I am a Co-owner of the Genuine Contact tm program.

Besides integrating the Genuine Contact-approach in my work, I also like to facilitate all kinds of large group interventions as World Café, RTSC, Future Search Conference, Open Space Technology or Appreciative Inquiry. I am a professional facilitator for Dynamic Facilitation/Wisdom Council and PeerSpiritCircling.- I also like to do Train-the-Trainer-programs.

Together with my cooperation-partners Dr. Matthias zur Bonsen and Jutta I. Herzog - also two Genuine Contact-professionals – I have created a Leadership Development Program for Top Executives which is based on the Genuine Contact approach and I also co-authored the  book “Leading with Life. Lebendigkeit im Unternehmen freisetzen und nutzen”, which was published in March 2009 in German.

I studied social sciences at the University of Zurich, was trained in two leadership development programs for leaders of printing and publishing companies and earned at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) an Executive Master of Business Administration in General Management (EMBA-HSG).
