Profile: Out of the 27 years of her professional activities, the last 7 years Lyudmila has been working as consultant in an international company implementing technical assistance projects in a wide range of areas. During that time, she has gained extensive experience in personnel management, and came to believe that to be viable and effective in a healthy way, an organization should be based on participation, responsibility and trust. In her quest for appropriate management methods, Lyudmila came to Dalar International, where under the Genuine ContactTM she was trained in Open Space Technology, Whole Person Process Facilitation and Cross-cultural Conflict Resolution.

In her current capacity of an authorized trainer and facilitator, Lyudmila together with her partner Raffi Aftandelian, offer to facilitate meetings using these technologies, and to train trainers.
