Profile: Leslie Higgins, B.A. owner of Solution Consultants, has spent her career in public service. After fifteen years in the Federal Government she created a business to assist organizations build capacity and create excellence. By engaging organizations in an optimistic and enthusiastic approach to change, Leslie enables creative and innovative solutions.

Leslie has taught strategic planning and accountability processes and in her consulting capacity, has worked in both the private and public sectors in organizational and business development. By combining the strengths of each sector she has assisted organizations build capacity and ensure sustainability.

In both a professional and volunteer capacity, she is actively involved in assisting organizations maximize their potential.

Leslie has been involved with group facilitation for over twenty years. She has utilized Open Space Technology working with Community Foundations setting funding priorities, Political and Social Service organizations in community consultation and with children and youth in Peace Building.
