Profile: Since 1999 I am working full time as an independent consultant. I assist organizations and businesses to enhance their performance in sustainable ways. I do most of my work using participative processes, mainly Open Space Technology and Whole Person Process Facilitation.

So far I have mainly been working in northern Europe but my services are offered worldwide.

Since September 2001 I am an authorized trainer of the Genuine Contact™ Program. One of my passions is to spread the “GC-work” in the world. Thus I offer trainings on regular basis.

I invest a lot of time in networking with colleagues all over the world. I have taken part in various international gatherings as an organizer, facilitator and/or participant.
