Profile: I am a consultant, trainer, coach and gender expert with many years of national and international experience. My focus has been leadership development and supporting organisations and staff to grow.
I have worked for and with the Swedish Government Office and The Swedish Associations of Local and Regional Authorities. I worked for NGO:s - the National Council of Swedish Youth Organisations and a women’s shelter where I started A rape crises center. I trained trainers in the European Programme Young and Active. I'm an author and coauthor of numerous books and reports.
