Profile: Since I was 18 and participated in my first seminar (to enhance my personal and professional competences for voluntary youth work), I am following my passion for personal development, learning, growth and change. Now, almost 30 years later, after hundreds of consulting projects with workshops, trainings and coaching sessions (which I facilitated in companies and organizations) I am still fascinated by and feel perfect appreciation for the people who enroll their personal potential, go beyond personal boundaries, overcome obstructive patterns, open up for new experiences and opportunities which all is necessary in conjunction with organizational development and change.
My vita in brief: I studied adult education, sociology and psychology (diploma in pedagogy). In international projects (scientific officer at university and in a research institute) I learned how (not) to change organizational cultures. As project leader in a pharmaceutical company I experienced how successful organizational change and individual growth and learning walk hand in hand.
Some additional competences I acquired: Project Management, HR Development (one year full time), Theme-centered Interaction, Group Dynamics, Large Group Interventions, Experiential Learning, Systemic Organizational Consulting. Since 2008 I am certified trainer of the Genuine Contact Program. Since 1997 I am working as self-employed consultant, trainer and interims manager.
Holistic organizational development takes advantage of both: individual learning as well as systemic organizational learning – according to the purpose, the values and the vision – based on genuine contact.
