Profile: Eiwor Backelund is an independent consultant with long experience of supporting people to work towards their visions and goals. As a project manager and mentor she helps people find their own way to the place where they want to go. Her vision is to create a resonant field where people can find the supportive state to work with what they need to work with.

Eiwor was born on a small farm in northern Bohuslän in the western parts of Sweden. Living on a farm means to live in the circle of the year and of the life. She is a mother of two young women and two young men and a grandmother. She follows her own rhythm of life. She needs to be in nature and loves the forest, being close to trees and lakes with only the sound of the wind and the birds making music in the tree tops.

Eiwor has much experience in the fields of politics, public organizations and liberal adult learning. She is always learning new things from life, from every person she meets and from all the books she loves to read. She has a Bachelors Degree in Media and Communication, university courses in Project Management and Interculture and is an authorized trainer of the Genuine Contact ™ program from Dalar International.
