I am your personal support and information source for you living a more energized and passionate life. Whatever your concerns are, my role is to help you find which foods and lifestyle choices work best for you.
I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the only nutrition school that integrates the full spectrum of dietary theories into a holistic program. I learned and explored traditional philosophies as well as modern ones, Western and Eastern: from ancient traditions of macrobiotics and ayurveda to modern concepts like the USDA pyramid and the glycemic index to current trends in raw foods, Atkins, the Blood Type Diet, and the South Beach Diet. I have studied with leading wellness educators like Dr. Marion Nestle, Dr. Walter Willet, Mike Adams, Dr. Neal Barnard, David Wolfe, Dr. John Douillard, and Dr. David Katz and leaders in personal growth like Deepak Chopra, Geneen Roth, and Debbie Ford. I am accredited as a Holistic Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
For nearly a decade, I have been an authorized Trainer of the Genuine Contact™ program and approach. Through this holistic approach to organizational and individual transformation I have coached clients internationally in personal and professional development. The coaching services I have provided have assisted my clients in developing clarity about leading a purpose-driven life, confidence and clarity to lead their lives towards their visions and plans for achieving their purpose and vision successfully.
In 2006 the leadership model of the Genuine Contact program evolved into a co-owned model and I have been a Co-Owner of this program since that time. I also served a term as an inaugural member of the Leadership/Management Team of this organization which provided me with the unique experience of working with a diverse, multi-cultural team located all over the world. These experiences have helped me to hone my skills and abilities to participate in highly engaging and effective distance coaching practices.
