Profile: Ayalew is a professional consultant and trainer with services that span for over two decades. He is the founder and General Manager of AMDAMU PLC, a consultancy company set up in 1998. He specializes in leadership development, strategy, team building, and process facilitation. Ayalew has a deep passion to help human beings, organizations, and communities excel. His purpose in life is to help humanity and uses his consulting, training and facilitation platforms to further his life purpose. In his facilitation interventions, Ayalew uses dialogic and whole person process facilitation techniques as well as large scale meeting methodologies such as future search and open space technology.

Ayalew is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and practices across Africa and Asia. His major client list includes the Ethiopian Government, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, other UN agencies, Ethiopian Airlines, the Ethiopian banking sector, Institute of International Education, the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), etc. In addition to practicing in Ethiopia, his international practice has taken him to India, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Philippines, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, etc. He has extensively travelled especially in Europe and the United States of America. Ayalew is co-owner of the Genuine Contact™ Program.

Prior to setting up his own consultancy company, Ayalew was lecturer at the Addis Ababa University, Faculty of Business and Economics.
