Becky is an independent business consultant specializing in holistic leadership training, change management, sales training and management, executive and organizational health and balance, personal and leadership coaching. Trained in all the Genuine Contact modalities, it is one of the few organizations worldwide developing programs for holistic training through whole person facilitation.

As a Vice President, Director and Manager, her extensive background in corporate sales and executive management positions her to address issues corporations face today. Companies are dealing with a workforce expected to do more with less along with a new emphasis on work/life balance, making it difficult to apply Industrial Age thinking to today’s employee. How can management effectively address the needs of their employees while maintaining production and sales?
