We, the Genuine
Contact™ Professionals, are an international group who offer
consulting, coaching/mentoring, and meeting facilitation services
to those who wish to work with us. We are all committed to participate
actively on the development of the Genuine Contact™ Program.
Each of us who participates in this group has taken at least one
of the workshops that make up the Genuine Contact™ Program
and many have completed the workshop series.
We facilitate
and support health and balance in organizations to generate healing,
wholeness, sustainability and peace in individuals, organizations
and the environment, using the Genuine Contact™ program.
We support the ongoing learning of other trainers and practitioners
of the Genuine Contact™ program (through mentoring, sharing
of experience and resources).
The leadership
of the Genuine Contact™ Professionals is shared leadership
which is organic in nature. We are a complementary team, which
means that the strengths of us all together covers for the individual
weaknesses we may have. The values we are led by are: human dignity,
autonomy / self determination, freedom, passion, responsibility,
respect of humankind and nature. The opportunity for shared and
emergent leadership is open. This enables any one of us around
the world who has the passion and is willing to take responsibility,
to champion projects that develop and forward our purpose.
We believe
that spirit matters; that it is in every thing and in every motion
of mind and body. We believe that people are precious. Our thinking
is always thanking at the same time. We are founded on passion,
responsibility and shared values.
We recognize
and acknowledge the founders of The Genuine Contact™ Program,
Birgitt and Ward Williams who continue to provide an underlying
leadership foundation for the program. This foundation has allowed
the Genuine Contact™ Professionals to create an inspiring
and open leadership structure where:
there is a clear pathway to becoming a GC professional or GC trainer
the space is open for the GC program to be co-created and for emergent
leadership to show up
the belief is that the wisdom to do what is needed is within the
people in the organization
The vision
of the Genuine Contact™ Professionals is to build up international
teams working together throughout the world promoting health and
balance in organizations using the Genuine Contact™ Program.
We will work together to increase learning and sharing of resources
in order to focus on our important work of developing global sustainability
and peace through individual and organizational health and balance.
We hope our clients will become Conscious Open Space Organizations,
and we feel that they begin this journey as soon as they have
experienced genuine contact themselves.
